When I don’t eat:

    - Dizzy to the point that I can’t see

    - Tired as shit

    - Stomach hurts because hungry

    - Thinner 

When I do eat

    - Less dizzy but still dizzy

    - Still kind of hungry

    - Fat. 

    - Want to throw up when I think about what I ate. 

    - Sad

Breakfast

    - chocolate frosted doughnut (270 calories)

Lunch

    -

Dinner

    - 4 ounces of prime rib (401 calories)

    - 1/2 cup of white rice (121 calories)

    - Au jus sauce (7 calories)

Snack

    - possibly 1/2 cup of cheerios (50 calories)

    - possibly tea spoon of chocolate chips (35 calories)

    - 30 straight leg crunches

    - 30 straddle crunches

    - 20 squats

    - 30 second plank

    - 30 second side plank (15 each side)

    - 45 second straight arm plank

    - 1:40 worth of side crunches
